You write the substance once. Chapbook proposes a version tuned to each channel's length and tone, you approve what goes out, and it publishes on your schedule.

How it works

  • Connect the pages you administer

    Sign in with the account that already administers your organization pages. Chapbook only ever sees the pages you explicitly grant it.

  • Draft with assistance, not automation

    Start from a rough note, a link, or a blank page. Chapbook suggests a draft and a variant per channel. Nothing is written in your name without you reading it first.

  • Review, then publish

    Every post passes through an approval step. You can edit any suggestion, schedule it, or discard it. Chapbook never posts on its own initiative.

  • See what the post did

    After publishing, Chapbook reads back impressions, reactions, and comment counts for the posts it created, so you can tell what worked.

What Chapbook accesses on LinkedIn

Chapbook uses the LinkedIn Community Management API. We ask for the narrowest set of permissions that lets the product work, and we describe each one plainly here rather than burying it in the privacy policy.

Confirming which pages you administer
So Chapbook can show you the correct list of organization pages and refuse to publish anywhere you are not an admin.
Publishing posts to those pages
Used only when you press publish or when a post you scheduled comes due. Chapbook does not post to personal profiles.
Reading back posts and their engagement
Limited to the organization pages you connected, so the product can show performance for the content you published through it.

Chapbook does not read member profiles, connections, private messages, or your LinkedIn feed. We do not sell data, and we do not use your content to train models. Disconnecting a page revokes access immediately.

Chapbook is built for the person who is the entire communications team — economic development organizations, small nonprofits, regional agencies, and the marketing team of one. The work is real and constant, and the tooling built for large brands is priced and shaped for someone else.
